The authors of BpBatch, MrBatch, MrZip and related utilities (hereinafter "the Software") grant you a non-exclusive, non-transmissible, royaltee-free licence to download and use the Software under the conditions specified below.
This licence is granted for personal use of the Software only. Is considered a personal use, the use of the Software by an individual, a company, an organization or a school on its own computers only.
THE REDISTRIBUTION, SALE OR RENTAL OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER "AS IS" OR AS PART OF A BUNDLED PRODUCT, OR ITS INSTALLATION ON A COMPUTER BELONGING TO A THIRD PARTY IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS A COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WITH THE AUTHORS OR THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN CONCLUDED.

You shall not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software in any way.
4. Severability
These general conditions are declared to be severable. If any term or provision in these conditions shall for any reason be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions shall be valid and enforceable.
5. Governing law
THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ANY RIGHTS OR OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE GOVERNED AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF SWITZERLAND, AS APPLICABLE IN THE CANTON OF GENEVA.
6. Exclusive jurisdiction
ANY DISPUTE ARISING WITH RESPECT TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF GENEVA, SWITZERLAND, AN APPEAL TO THE SWISS FEDERAL SUPREME COURT BEING RESERVED.
